I want to thank you for getting the project started and completed in such a timely manner. The sidewalks, patio and landscaping are beautiful and I am so excited with the completed project. However, beyond the scope of the landscaping, I must compliment the entire “crew” who was here working on the project. Humbo, Misael, Salomon, and Romeo are incredible representatives of your company. The men were hard working, used their time to the fullest, were courteous, and respectful of me and my property. Please compliment these fine employees at your first opportunity. Let me just, when I call Phillips Landscape Contractors in the future I would surely request this same fine group of gentlemen to come back.

This letter is intended to express our extreme pleasure and satisfaction with the work of your company. We interviewed several contractors in the Frederick County and Washington County area to provide custom landscaping at a reasonable price to support our new in ground pool. Phillips provided the best approach and price to satisfy our plans. What was most impressive was the quality of your employees specifically the site manager Scott Saylor, Pedro (Foreman) and his crew. Their professionalism and can do attitude were outstanding. They started the job on time, answered the all of our questions, made changes when asked, were extremely polite, and kept a very clean work site.

We both work and have two small children, which required us to be away from home quite often. We trusted your folks completely and had no problem providing them access to our home while we were away. We plan to ask you to do additional projects at our home this fall. We would be happy to offer the highest possible recommendation for your services for any job large or small.

We wanted to send you a letter to tell you how happy we are with our new patio. Scott worked with what we wanted and gave us ideas on the design to create a beautiful patio.

I just wanted to say thanks again for a job well done. As you may recall your company installed a backyard patio at my home a short while ago. You and your staff were courteous, knowledgeable, patient and professional from start to finish.

More importantly, the patio itself is just wonderful. The workmanship is perfect and the E.P. Henry pavers are very good looking. Everything was cleaned up after the job and even the grass around it was barely disturbed. We have had nothing but high praise from our friends and neighbors, one of whom described it as ‘awesome.”

There was a slight glitch after the completion of the job; a low spot just outside my sliding glass door that was collecting water and draining slowly. I called you about it and without hesitation you promised to have it re-done. You had the crew back out here in a matter of days, the repair was made, no questions asked, and it is now draining fine.
